This program is by far the best I've come across. Throughout my teenage years, I was very active and involved in sports. However, 3 years ago, one of my family members almost lost their battle with mental health. This situation caused a lot of trauma and pain (I was 18 years old then and in my first year of undergrad). Within weeks my body began to change; suddenly I had stretch marks all over, and my body deteriorated under the stress. Soon, I faced my own battle with anxiety and depression. Food became my escape, and the deeper I dug that hole, the harder it became to come out. Since then, I have tried many workout programs, personal trainers, dieticians, and even weight loss pills! (I don't recommend doing this). Towards the end of 2024, I decided that I no longer wanted to live this life. I wanted to feel like myself again. I found Leana's TikTok in November and started watching her content about the belly fat shred program. On December 31st, I started the program and did a complete 360 in terms of my lifestyle. I committed to the program to the best of my ability. For reference, I am 21 (F) 5'3", and started at 208 lbs with a 40.5-inch waist. Within the first week, I lost 5 lbs. I did not consume any juice, pop, or alcohol while limiting processed foods. I ensured to sleep 7-8 hours every night and religiously followed the workouts. Yesterday, I finished the program. In the end, I lost a total of 8 lbs and lost 4.5 inches off my waist. My body fat percentage also went down 2%. Although I took the extreme route by going from 0 to 100, I told myself that this time would be different, and so it was! My life used to consist of ordering food multiple times a week, poor sleep, being anxious all of the time, and covering up my body. After these 5 weeks, I feel stronger and more confident than I have these past three years. This program is packed with scientific information from credible sources. As a University student, I greatly appreciate the amount of time, thought, and effort Leana put into this program. If anyone reading this is debating whether they should purchase this or not, look no further!! Put in the work, and you WILL get the results. I always felt like it was impossible for me, that I would stay like this forever. However, I am here telling my story in hopes that if it even reaches or resonates with one person, maybe it can help them take that next step like I did. I will definitely be revisiting this program later in the year once I am back to my usual weight and wish to lose the bit of belly fat that I've always had. This program is 10/10, and I cannot express enough how thankful I am for finding Leana and committing to this program. My food was primarily healthy and non-processed. However, I enjoyed some treats along the way and ensured I stayed in my deficit! (movie theater popcorn, chicken wings, shawarma, etc). Eating does not mean you need to be miserable or starve yourself! The recipes are a great guide, and I also did not track my calories (though I did weigh my protein at times). Thank you, Leana!!!! I am so happy :)
