Terms of Sale

1. Prices
   All prices are listed in euros by default and include applicable taxes. Depending on your location, prices may be adjusted to the local currency during the checkout process. The prices displayed on the website are non-negotiable. Payment methods accepted are specified during the purchase process.
   

2. Order Confirmation
   An order is confirmed once the client completes the payment and receives a confirmation email. Fitzye Coaching reserves the right to refuse any order in case of disputes with the client.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy
   Due to the nature of digital products, Fitzye Coaching does not offer refunds once the digital book has been delivered. By purchasing, you agree to waive the right to withdraw once the download link has been provided.

4. Liability
   Fitzye Coaching cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from the misuse of its digital products or any events beyond its control.

5. Dispute Resolution
   In case of a dispute, both parties agree to seek an amicable solution. If no resolution is reached, the dispute will be handled under French jurisdiction.
