These terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between Fitzye Coaching and its clients for the provision of digital PDF books.
3. Prices
The prices of the digital books are indicated on the Fitzye Coaching website. Prices are expressed in euros and include all applicable taxes. Accepted payment methods are [detail: cash, bank transfers, etc.].
4. Order
The order is confirmed when the client has completed and validated the online order form or has confirmed their commitment in writing. Fitzye Coaching reserves the right to refuse any order from a client with whom there is a dispute.
5. Delivery of Services
The digital books are provided in PDF format and are delivered via email or download link immediately upon order confirmation.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Due to the nature of digital products, no returns or refunds are possible once the digital books have been delivered.
7. Liability
Fitzye Coaching commits to making every effort to ensure the best possible service delivery. However, its liability cannot be engaged in cases of force majeure or events beyond its control.

9. Intellectual Property and Copyright Protection
All content and digital books provided by Fitzye Coaching are protected by copyright law and are the exclusive intellectual property of Fitzye Coaching. This includes all text, graphics, images, and other materials within the digital books. Each PDF is watermarked with the buyer’s personal information. This watermark allows us to trace the source of any unauthorized distribution. We have implemented advanced monitoring systems that can detect unauthorized distribution of our materials on any platform. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or dissemination of these materials will be traced back to the individual responsible. Unauthorized sharing or distribution of Fitzye Coaching materials is a direct violation of copyright law. We will pursue all available legal remedies, including seeking injunctive relief, statutory damages, and legal fees to the fullest extent permitted by law. In the event of unauthorized distribution, the individual responsible will be held accountable, and Fitzye Coaching reserves the right to terminate access to all services and pursue legal action, including but not limited to financial compensation and other penalties as determined by the court.
In case of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent court will be that of the jurisdiction of Fitzye Coaching's headquarters.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
Fitzye Coaching reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is the client’s responsibility to review these terms and conditions regularly.
